Also known as Iron Wood or Brazilian Walnut. Ipe is deep rich brown in color.

Curupay:
Stronger than Ipe, also known as Tiger Wood , Curupay darkens to a reddish hue
after a few days of UV exposure bringing rich color and grain to any outdoor living area.
Curupay is the hardwood of choice in an exclusive line of Gibson Guitars.
Grapia:
Also known as Goldenwood, this tropical hardwood is used in railroad sleepers. Grapia,
honey-yellow color gradually becomes light brown with age and it is a beautiful lighter
tone alternative to Ipe and Curupay, as well as a complementary design element for both.
This classic style can be laid in a conventional brick pattern or with the wood slats arranged in the same direction. Alternate the slats between vertical and horizontal for different design ideas.
